Hello All !
Can some one please advise does the AC21 also include I-140 applications i.e. if the application is filed with the INS and it has been over 180 days with out getting adjudicated then can one look for a " similar " job keeping the priority dates same and not filing a fresh Labor application .. the entire process of GC is too stressful and any geniune advise would be a healer ...
