My wife\'s OPT(F - 1) visa expired this month. I had applied for her
H4 way back in November but because if delay in INS processing
its not come yet.
Now, is she out of status ? and would there be any problem
when she goes to India to get her visa stamped.
Please advice and help.

Keep all record of applying for H4

Just make sure you have all H4 application copies, your wife is not out of status because you "applied" before her F1 OPT ran out.
