Guys,

my buddy is having problem. His employer is not giving him approval notice for H1B. He wants to join another company now what he should do. This employer didnt give him salary for 2 months so he doesnot have any paystub.

any help or suggestion will be appreciated.

Your frd should complain in labor dept. It is illegal not give H1b approval notice and salary.
