Re: H-1B visa revalidation
I have an H-1 visa stamp from mexico for a previous research
employer, Now I changed type of job and employers too and have new H-1
approval.
My H-1 visa will expire in June 2004, can I send it for revalidation
to dept of state for upto 1-year after the old H-1 visa expires, so
that I can get New H-1 stamp for the current employer ?
I know you can send for visa revalidation even after h-1 visa expires
for upto 1-year, but is it still ok, if you have visa stamp from a
old different employer and now request stamp for a new employer and job
(after the old employer H-1 visa stamp expired about 8-9 months ago)
