I expect Sep 2003 interview in Taiwan. However, my h-1 is expired on aug 30 2003. Right now company is processing my h-1 extention. Unfortunately, they have not filed h-1 extention yet. But HR promises me to use premium process cause i have leave country in Sep. Here is my question:
1. when is the latest day for my case to file h-1 extention by premium process?
2. If I file h-1 extention, when can I legally work after filing h-1 extention? Is it when I send out h-1 extention or when I got receipt from BCIS that they receive my case?
3. Do I have to get my h-1 approval before I leave country for interview?
