Finally after six years am glad we made it, Me and my wife have been approved dated 10/15/04, I would like to thank everyone for all their support and a special word for Mr. Rajiv Khanna.

Details are as below

I/140 - I/485 Con-Current MD 2/05/03
I/140-I/85 - RD: 2/06/03
I-140/I485 - ND: 3/11/03

I/140 Approved: 3/09/04

I/485: RFE 8/28/04 - Birth Certificate
I/485: Responded 10/1/04
I/485: Received 10/04/04
LUD: 10/05,10/07,10/08 10/15 - Approval Date.

Do we need Info pass for passport stamping, as my friend who very recently got approved took an appointment however when he went on the appointede date they refused saying that you need to follow the instructions on the approval notice - The approval notice mentioned to come on a Friday - Please do advise what to do as am still awaiting the approval notice.

I have been able to get info pass for myself for 10/26/04 @ 1.00 PM however have not been able to get for my wife. The entire weekend I kept trying to get an appointment however it is tough. Am hoping i get the approval notice by then.

Gorilla I know you too had mentioned about an RFE, have you seen what they arer asking - Best Wishes.

i had the same RFE and INS recived same day .. and our LUDs are same. But my case still sleeping..

After my approval my LUD again changed to 10/18/04 - Do you folks have any idea as to why my LUD changed again ... Thanks

He had an appointment that was not per what the aproval notice said, for eg the notice said to come on a Friday his appointment was for a wednesday and when he showed up on wednesday they refused him in informing him to come on friday and he went then on friday. his center was VSC and he is in NYC
