Re-FP message has not changed yet

I did my RE- FP on 17 june 2003. RD 12/13/2001 but still online message shows old message. Is it normal or i should call INS. I called FBI and they said they have already sent to INS on 28 June.

Plese advise me.

i am in same boat
FP2 - 07/12 . no update on web or telephone line. FBI says ,they cleared same day i.e. 07/12.
BCIS every where it is old message of FP1 .

Just hang on there. The message will be changed eventually base on my experimence.

2nd FP 6/30/03

message changed around 7/24/03.
