Hi Debo,

This is the response I got from one of the guys. I think it is very cute and unfortunately probably true:

Be patient,
There is a strong possibility that required officer may be collecting mails,
after that he will open and sort out the mails
Then he will go for lunch
then he will come back and carry those mails over to corresponding ofices like 129, 140, 485, Cp etc
Then he will have a tea break
Then he has to get back to his station and actually process all the papers.
Then he will get a personal cal from his lawyer to infor him that his divorce case is not lloking good and he may have to pay more alimony to his ex-wife if he wants to keep his vacation home intact
then he will call his new girl friend and talk to her about these new developments
Then he will get back to remaining papers
Then his collegues will come and tell him how Mr. Bush is dumping more and more work on them,
Then he will get irritated and throw away the paprs
after some time he will remember his extra alimony payements and get back to his seat
By the time it is 6.45 p.m.
and then he will remember that he has put you on hold
If you have patience til then
You will hear his cultured, seasoned voice telling you to call tomorow
I pray that tomorrow he receives less mail and can answer your questions.
-Amen
