Re Finger Printing notice

RD : April 19th
FP1 - June 19th
FP2- scheduled Nov 20

The FP is scheduled at CT. Will it be possible to do an early FP in CA or even schedule for the same date in CA . I am right now living in CA.

Please let me know which is better?

Do you think getting FP done earlier than the scheduled date is helping anyway to get the approval fast. In my case it is almost close to three months now, I am still waiting to hear from BCIS.
