Re-Finger Print Notice Received today, 11-July.

We, my wife and myself, have received re-finger print notice today, 11-July, from BCIS. Our first finger print received by BCIS was on 14-March-2002.
As I posted earlier, BCIS requested for further information/evidence (RFE) on my case on 02-July, as per on-line. Till now there is no change on my wife's case. On-line message still reads, "On March....finger print...".
I assume the re-finger printing is not linked to the RFE since RFE will be directly sent to the lawyer and not to the applicant, and hence I will be getting RFE notice soon which might be asking for Emp.letter/pay stubs/...etc.,. any thoughts?
 
First time I saw a case second FP and RFE approximately issued
same time. Usually only after you reply your RFE, you get second FP notice. So you should feel lucky it came same time. Once you
reply your RFE, you'll be approved!!

Can you tell us which state you're from. My FP date is 3/14 too
 
the RFE must be employee related. Send all stuff to your lawyers way ahead. 6 months pay, 2 year w2, 2 year tax....

I am in PA, and have to go to BCIS-Philadelphia for IInd finger print. The scheduled date is 05-Aug, but I would like to give a try early next week.
