My first I140 was denied due to abandonment cause the company did not respond the RFE in time. That was 2002. Now we want to refile it. Can it be done? Thanks for the help. I have a very bad lawyer but he is paid in full. He thinks it is no problem. Just wanted your opinion. Thanks!
