re-filing for EB1-EA

I wanted to ask the seniors on this Forum their opinion on re-filing for EB1-EA? Some people told me not to bother because chances of re-filed case approvals are very low .. ..but quite a few including my attorney think otherwise ..

enlightenment please!! on and from both sides..

I had the impression that you can re-file without significantly decreasing your chances. But, then again, that was mainly based on my lawyer and friends' stuff and not statistically collected data.
