Re-entry with Visitor Visa at POE

Hi,

My mother (52 yrs) went back to India 2 weeks ago after staying with me for 5 months. However, due to my family condition, I require her to come back again within next 2 weeks. She has 10 yrs multiple entry visa. I am concerned that the Immigration Officer at POE might send her back or not give her 6 months of stay here. Did somebody have similar experience? Would really appreciate your response.

So finally what happened? Did the immigration authorities try to let her in....Please let me know as I'm in similar situation...

My mom has a 10 yr. multiple entry visa. She is right now with me in US. She's planning to leave in May 2004 &(before her I-94 expiration, Current I-94 expires on Jun15,04) is planning to come back in Novemeber 2004 for my delivery...will there be any problem in her re entry as the gap is 6 months....are thier any chances that the immigration officier will screw her & either deny or limit her visa to 3 months...what reasons can she say about her 2nd visit with a short break.....!!! pls. anybody who had similar problems help me....any input is appreciated
