?? : Re-entry with GC - approved a year ago while abroad

Hello All,

Needs some help with my spouse's current scenario. Some facts on my spouse's case.

- Left US on June 10th 2006 with an Advance Parole valid till Mar 21,2007
- GC got approved while abroad on July 21, 2006 and received card
- She has since then not re-entered US , held back home due to personal reasons.

? Will she be able to re-enter US with her green card ?

? Till when would she be able to re-enter US with the GC ?

? If not, what are the available options, other than applying for GC again from consulate abroad ?
- a returning resident visa ? what are the chances she would get a returning resident visa ?
