Re-entry to US

Hi,

Please find my situation below and advise.
I left US in Jan 2004 with a valid EAD and AP. Later on September 28th 2004 mine and my husband's GC got approved.
But, my EAD and AP had expired and I hadnt renewed them.
My husband had a valid AP at that point of time and hence he cud get thru and get his PP stamped.
For my PP stamping, I was wondering what would be the best possible way to enter US since I dont have a valid AP at present.
Moreover, would my GC still be alive since its close to a year and 4months since it got approved and I havent done anythng on it?
I have read on this and have come up with the following:
1. I-824
2. Attorney Certified I-140.
3. Transportation letter
4. Special Imigrant Visa
5. N-470.

Any help would be greatly appreciated.

Hi,

No. We got the approvals in mail. After that we have to go for PP stamping n then actually get the "physical" green-card.

Thanks.
