Am going to India on Friday. Besides fingerprinting are there any new rules one should be aware of while going through US Immigration on re-entry?
 
no.....i came back 10 days back .....just make sure u carry 797, couple of pay stubs to be on the safer side.
 
another question

am flying tonight....
should i tear off the i-94 on the I-797 form and give it or not?

Of course you have to .... read the wording right on top of the new I94 ( attached to form 797)
