Can I have following information on reentry permite please.

1-What shold I answer in Part 1 question 3-Class of Admission?
2-How long it will take to receive it (normal procedure).
3- Is fee $385 or $305 with Biomatrics fee?
4- If I needed before 4th of July what is the procedure?

$385 is the fee which includes biometrics. Class of Admission as Permanent Resident. It takes 3 months to receive unless you have proof of some way to expedite it..medical etc.
