I have a few questions about Re Entry Permit. To which office we should apply for this Re Entry Permit ? What are the charges to be paid in this connection and what is the average time taken for its issue ? Is it applicable from the date of departure from the U.S. or from its dt. ? Another thing is, is it to be received by us before leaving the country or is it sufficient if my relatives can receive the same for me here ? Thank you all , in advance
