Re-entry permit problem

I just received my re-entry permit this morning. BUT!!!
They made a mistake in my birthdate (the day is wrong month and year are right). The problem I'm traveling at the end of May and I already purchased the ticket for me and my family!!!
Don't know what to do. Would it be a problem for schengen visa?
Please advise
 
How long did it take for processing?
I think just keep it ,if you are lucky the embassy from which you are requesting visa is not going to pay attention.

Be careful. When you board a plane from a foreign country, usually they match everything on your GC and your rentry permit.

Call NSC and see what they say and let us know.
 
I called NSC

I called NSC and they told me that I have to try with the consulate if they will accept it like that or send it back tp correct it. I'm not worry about coming back from abroad. Im only worry about the consulate here if they will issue a visa or not.
 
Re-entry permit

Today, I went to the consulate and I told them that I have a mistake in my b.day (Re-entry permit). They told me that it's ok for them and I have only to worry about the port of entry when I come back.
