Re-entry permit : is it the I-551 stamp ?

Guys, I just got my I551 stamp a few days back. My question is, is this stamp alone enough and good for travel to an fro from US.

And what is a re-entry permit ?

If at I-551 stamping, they ask those criminal backgorund questions like "Have you ever been cited, arreates, charged
with any vuiolation". If so,you have to answer Yes.
If they don;t ask, then no problem,


But don't do DWI. immigrants doing DWI have a bigger
chance of being killed than being deported.
 
In the USA, one has life-time odds 1 of 84 for being
killed in traffic accidents. We are already half or 1/3
of life time , But it may still means that chance for us
ti get killed in car accidents is 1/200 or so.
We don't have to go a great deal for prevention
but we can do (or not do) many simple things
like avoid drink and drive and always wear
seat belts (front seat or backseat). And of course,
as non-citizen immigrants we have more
reasons for caution.

Traffic death is a leading cause of death among
young and middle aged immigrants so think
about it.
