re-entry permit form questions

I am trying to fillup the Reentry Permit form for my mother. what does one put under
a) Part 1 - Class of Admission (She came under B1. Now she has the GC).
b) Part 3 - Date of intended departure and Expected Length of Trip.
c) Part 4 - Purpose of the trip... ??

a) Permanent Resident
b) Any arbitrary future date (better select a date which is 2 months from now). Expected length = 1 year
c) visiting relatives, settling property issues etc
