Re-entry Permit and Valid Reasons

There might be many people who might have got re-entry permit approved. Can somebody please tell me what are the valid reasons that can be mentioned on the I-131 form so as to increasr the chances of getting it approved? I am planning to leave US for longer period to take care of family emergency.

For the first re-entry permit, it is easy to get. The reason can be any thing like family matters, settling properties etc. Wish you all the best.
