re-entry pemit forms signature for kids

Hi Everyone,

I wanted to know what do you do for signature on re-entry form for children ? My son is 11 months old and I can't find any instructions on this.

Hi ethnicchic,
You can fill in details by yourself and attach proof for his age for submission purposes.

There is no need for your kid to sign the form. As the parent, you need to sign it and submit it with all proof ( birth certificate, proof indicating your relationship with the child etc).
