I called my Mom age 52 yr on Visitor's Visa in April,04. She had a valid visa for 1 year till Mar,05.
When she came to US she was given 6 months of I-94. She stayed for 6 months(till Oct,04) as per the I-94 expiry date and went back to India.
Now I am planning to bring her back for remaining 4-5 months based on her visa expiry date. I am not sure what are the visa rules pertaining to this situation.
-How soon I can call her back?
-For how long she will be given I-94 for her next stay?
-On what grounds I can call her?
-Does she have to submit any documents at port of entry? As she doesn’t know English will that be an issues or I have to provide a letter of intent?
-Is this anyway going to affect her future Visa applications?
Please advise.
