Re-entry on Green Card whilst a court case is pending in my native country

I need help on my following questions:

1. I’m on green card and I travelled back to Pakistan to meet my family

2. When I reached Pakistan I came to know that one police complaint(FIR) is lodged against me

3. I was arrested and later freed on bail

4. My case is now in court in further proceedings
  1. Police investigation has cleared me as innocent but still court will decide about my case
  2. What is the optimal situation I can travel back to USA whilst court decision is pending

I need to travel back to USA on my green card and you need to tell me what challenges can I face when traveling back to USA by immigration department at airport
