Friends, my case is little bit different then Feb27 and I would really appreciate any suggestion/experiece shared in this thread.
I filed my I485 in April 2002, and can only hope that I would be getting approval by the time I am planning to go to India to bring my mother in second week of December. My mother doesn't have the passport and visa, I am planning to apply for both from Delhi using "Tatkaal" service.
I am still working with my sponsered employer on an approved H1B (though I have current EAD/AP), but on passport I have an expired H1b stamped.
There are two questions :
1. What all the documents I should take with me, if I want to use AP to enter in USA?
2. What all the documents I would need in order to sponser my mother for her visitor visa in above said condition or after getting approval on my GC, whatever the case at the time when I leave USA?
