Re-entry into US on F1 status!!!!

I came to US in spring 2002 on F1, now I need to go to India for 3-4 months due to emergency . will i have any problem when i re-enter US in Spring 2003?My univ.has given me the permission but will i have problem from INS when i reenter?

There should not be any problem if you have a recent signature on your I20, valid F1 visa, financial support letters etc.
