re-entry into the US with an expired I-551 stamp on passport

Hello All ,

What if one travels outside the US with a valid I-551 stamp
and returns within six months , but the I-551 validity date has passed by ?

Would this be an issue ? Has anyone had a similar experience ?

Appreciate any thoughts abt this.
