Re-entry in 3 weeks

Hi,

My mother has a 10 yr visitor visa.
Her 6-month I-94 is expiring on Mar 24 , 2005

We are planning to make a India trip with her for 3 weeks and bring her back with us .

Will there be issues during re-entry at SF airport ?
Has anyone had similar experiences ?

Is this her first time in the USA, if yes there may not be a problem. If she has been here before and it was recent then there is a good chance she will have a problem.

Hi Reva,
I dont think there will be any problem because you are doing everything legally. You are not doing anything wrong. They have given a 10 year visa and this shud be fine. The worst thing that can happen is that they will give your mother only a one month(or less) Visa when she comes back.
