I have reciecved my green card when I was 14 years old and migrated with my entire family 1992. My mother got sick of breast cancer 1995. Our parents decided for me to go back to the philippines with them to continue my studies and also my mother to have complete recovery from the illness in our country. We manage for 2 years to travel back to U.S. to maintain our immigrant status.but after 1998,we weren't able to to come back anymore. It was the time when Peso drop its value. My parents are financial uncapable of sending us back to U.S.Before my green card expired (2002) we attempted to file a re entery to U.S. but my mother was diagnosed again with cancer leaving us no choice but to stay.She died 2004.Now,I would like to again file a re-entery.I was minor then when my parents decided to take me to philippines and even I wanted to stay and come back to U.S I have no means since I was still a student then. And I was caught in a situation that is beyond my control. Does my application for re-entery to U.S stand a chance?What are the things to do?
