Re-entering USA on H4 visa

I have an Indian passport and a H4 visa. Currently, I am in USA. The Visa stamped in my passport and I-94 is valid till Feb 10, 2005
I also have a H4 approval notice that is valid till Dec 1, 2005.

I plan to travel to India and come back by Jan 25, 2005.
I do not plan to get a new H4 visa stamped in India (as I am going for
a very short trip and the wait to get H4 visa is 6-8 weeeks in India.)


Will I have any problem in entering into USA on Jan 25, 2005 because the visa stamped in passport is valid only till Feb 10, 2005.

Can some please give advise.

As long as you come back before the visa expires you are OK.
