Re-entering US with AP expiring in 5 days

We need to go to India. When we come back my wife's AP will expire in 5 days. (May 27)

Will the INS officials make any issue at port of Entry?

if ur wife's AP expires after 5 days of landing in US then no problem.
As long as u have a valid AP while entering at POE officer shudn't ask you any other Q.

If her AP will expire while u r in india then u r in problem.
