My company filed for my green card and I filed I-140 & I-485 concurrently in June 2003.Me and my husband both got EAD(s) and Advance Paroles.
My H-1 expired on July 20 2003 and my company filed for H-1 extension coz the EAD had not been approved until then.So right now I don't have a valid H-1 but just a receipt notice for H-1 extension.
Also my husband has H-1 approval till March 2004 but he doesn't have a stamping on his passport.He just has the appoval notice.
We plan to travel to Europe in Oct 2003.Can we both use our EAD & Advance Parole to enter US?
