Hi,
I visited the USA between Jan - July 07 on a J-1 Visa with a two year home residency requirement due to being sponsered by the UK govt.
Can I re-enter the USA on a student visa before I furfilled this two year requirement? I want to study a masters or medicine in the USA.
Will the fact that I have entered the USA on a J-1 visa with a two year hrr be detremintal to my chances of being granted a student visa to the US?
