Re-enabling a Labor Certification

Hello,

Few years ago my Labor Certification for EB-3 got approved. I later resigned without filing I-140 and moved overseas. In 2013 I got rehired and came back to the US; that means same employer, same job functions and same client.

I'm aware that Labor Certs are valid for six months. Since my work conditions are the same as when LC was filed/approved, how can I get the Cert re-enabled without going through the entire process?

You will be able to earliest filed priority date only if I-140 is approved. Normally approved labor certification expires within 180 days of its approval date.If it is not filed within this period to USCIS along with I-140 it is useless. You need to redo PERM again.
