RE: Early 3rd FP at Newark incident

I went for early FP3 at Newark on 1/10/04. They scan my FP notice and I told them I was give FP two months back.

The lady went and checked with ACS Manager and brougt me Apology notice saying that FP3 notice was duplicate, and no need for FP again.

But when my wife went and asked she did not even looked at the system or went to manager to verify. She just tore the filled-up application and she said my wife need not to take FP siting the apology notice given to me.

My question is: Will it be a problem for my wife FP since it was not even checked online and not singed by manager or not a apoplogy letter give?

I had the same experience. They simply checked my file and gave a sorry notice without signing anything on the 3rd FP notice letter.

I asked them to write something on the notice to verify that I cam ehere, but they said no.
