re: divorce situation, trouble?

Does anyone know if I will be liable in anyway for his actions, I cant help if he decides to leave and not follow through with his paperwork, We havent been married for 3 years and I dont know what will happen to me because he is an idiot.

I do not see why you are concerned about liability for his immigration problems --- if he does not file I751, he will become removable. Rather put your energy into the divorce process, making sure that proceeds fairly and sorting out child custody matters. Best wishes.
