RE: Chances for this scenario

I am very new to this site and want to get the experts opinon (yours) on chances of getting the EB1 EA (not EB1- OR) Here is the summary of credentials:

- has two Phds in sciences
- postdoc experience (4 years) way back in 1998
- assistant editor for journals before (not now)
- currently at a healthcare IT company as a clinical domain expert
- no major awards except visiting professor at an university even now
- quite a few publications upto 1998
- enough citations
- membership in societies
- company is sponsoring the application ( I know it does not make a difference)

I think that you have enough to meet the EB-1A criteria, if you can hire a decent attorney, he should be able to pull it off. Best of luck!
