Hello:

I am on an H1-B visa. I have received my EAD but dont intend to start using it yet. My wife on the other hand has started using her EAD. My questions are:

1. Can I start a C-corp on my wife's EAD. Only her name will be on all the paperwork and my name wont be there at all.

2. I will not be working for the company. I just want to make sure that this will not jeopardize my Green Card (which is yet to arrive) in any way.

Got a question for you...

In the ref u made even making a trash for other company makes one loose thier H1 and put them on EAD..souned more like automatic...is there any reference to spefific case in the past that u became aware of ?

Just for my learning...

Its not that easy ...other company has to hire him, get I-9, take him, get work from him, pay him etc etc to then he is employed and thus changed to EAD......or all of these are not done...then other possibility cud be that other company employed and paid him illeagally...any way these are open ended type....only attorneys cud get to talk/discuss or argue.
