My spouse has had an EAD for the last one year and we have received her renewal for another year. She has been working for the last one year and as we have received her renewal for another year we were thinking of continuing with her present job as well as open an internet based company where we do a few sales online and get some additional revenue, please advise if this is possible as at the end of the year the company that we work for doing the sales will provide us with a 1099.
We need the extra cash as we are going in for family and are due in Jan 2005.. Any inputs would be highjly appreciated.
