I'm from somalia i came here here as an F1 student i applie for Asylum with in one year of my arrival, it was denied. but i wa not proceede to A court because i was i status.
Now i'm running out of status and i want to re- apply agan before that. but i'm sure i will be out of satus by the time i get an interview.
My question is with regards to EAD ad the waiting period of 150 days, if i re- apply based on new development in my cuntry, i it considered a new application or is it a coninue to my first case.
In other words do i need to wait 150 days all over again?
this is my first time around here, i would really apreciate it if i can get some feedback and advices.
