re application N 400.

Is 2nd application of N400 usually take longer than the 1st one ??
I wonder if there's anybody ever sucessfully done on their 2nd application ???

this is in Memphis DO.

My 1st application time line.
applied.Sept 2001.
RD.Oct 2001.
FP. June 2002.
Interview.Aug2002.
Oath. Nov 2002. (didn't take an oath,I had to withdraw my application,because I got divorce right after the interview and my application is based on 3yrs marriage with USC ).

Feb.2003 withdrawal was accepted.

2nd application. still in Memphis DO
applied .April 2003. (based on 5 yrs GC ).
Rd.April 2003.
FP. January 2004.
Interview:.......?????? (it is now December 2004).

any suggestion on my case ?? thankyou very much for your time.
 
You are obviously applying on the basis of 5 years of being a GC holder , so there should be nothing to do with your wife. However get all docs to prove your marriage
was on good faith,intent etc. Have proof that you lived together,filed taxes together etc handy... among other things

Finally I found some one from Memphis.
Here is my time line.
Applied: April 17th, 2004
RD: April 19th, 2004
FP: September 28th, 2004
interview: Jan 5th, 2005
