Hi! I got married in August this year. And I got my Canadian landing paper in the end of September this year. I informed Canadian Consulate about my marriage in the early of October this year. SO far, I do not use my visa to land in Canada.
A few days ago, Canadian Consulate gave me a letter to inform me that my visa is no longer valid now because of my marriage and I have to apply for immigration again from the every beginning. They also mailed me an independent application for my re-application.
I quitted my job in Hong Kong in the end of last year. I have not had job since the end of last year. I stay in U.S. A. with H4 visa now. When I applied for immigration to Canada, my occupation was an accountant.
My questions are: (1) I have not had my job for about one year. May I apply for independent immigration to Canada again without my current job? (2) I do not have job now. May I fill out the application form with my current occupation : Accountant?
