Hi all

My labor petition was filed in Texas in March 2001.RIR.
A couple of months back at the federal level, the labor petition was returned (not rejected) for re advetisement.

1.We have refiled the labor petition after fullfilling all the requirements asked. How many months it might take to get the certification.

2.Have anyone else gone throught the same situation.
 
I am also in the same situation. I received the call from attorney that the Atlanta Labor dept. are asking for re-advertise the job the newpaper.
Could you please share your experience.

One of my friend got same response from NYC SWA (SESA) in first week of September. He had RIR LC application filled in April 2001. NY SWA want's employer to re-evaluate job market again by posting printed Ad. His attorney adviced him to put three ad in any leading newspaper in NYC in span of a month and then send application back. Currently they are running Ad in Daily News.

Do you know how many adds does the employer should run in the newspaper ? My attorney says there should be one add each month for 6 months.

Also can it be in any newspaper ?

Please advice.
