Re 180 days rule

Hi,
180 days are counted from ND or RD?
My 485 Rd date is 02/04/02 and RD 02/11/02
My company is on the verge of shutting down
Today we have massive lay off and temporary pay cut across board
Pay cut going to be problem for green card?
Also can we change lawyer?

I think 180 days from RD.

I dont think the Salary should be a problem as long as its reasonable pay-cut from the salary mentioned in the labour. If you are not comfortable with co lawyer then its better you hire your own..You should have all necessary docs with you or you should try to get it from your co lawyer.
