Just a thought that i would like to share with all of you and see if am thinking right, these days it takes all the time for any approvals to come by and after clearing the LC filing I-140/485 Concurrently- there is another endless wait in the I-140 line - with the way things are going about its tough to hold on .. and on this pretext they approved the AC21 law - however can we request our Immigration Attorneys to come up on our behalf to request for AC21 law to be applied for I -140 unapproved applicants - Please share your thoughts and advize if am thinking rightly for all members here and even for them who are not part of this forum..
