All you Intelligent geeks out there , just wanted to tell you that RDG Technologies is a big fraud company and promises many things like Medical Insurance , paychecks, projects , pay stubs, pay, travel and accommodation. Well sorry folks it’s a all only in advertising and they don’t give anything as such not only that you will have to search for your own project when you land in the US they feast on your income and never pay you anything at the end of the month, if you last more than two months Good Luck! they become richer if you don’t land up sick or are thrown out since you don’t have a Medical Insurance or Employment letter for your License etc since that too does not come from them. So finally you will head back to India like me after doing some social service for RDG technologies. Also the IRS will be after you that they have not paid the taxes for you and you have been billed by some XYZ company that you have absolutely no idea where the money went for the work you did. Don’t forget they are also tied up to many other fraud companies like Arcsoft etc or what ever they call themself, who are the same guys of course ;
