RD9/4 got RFE, some question asked

My RD 9/4. I just saw online, they are sending RFE for both me and my spouse.

What is usually turn around time for RFE case?
Is anyone experience local transfer after reponse RFE? Please response

I don't know why they ask both of us RFE, is this normal?
 
One more thing, I just apply EAD renew on 10/4. MY EAD expire 12/4. Is it ok if EAD renew approval come after EAD expired date.

I am currently still working on my H1, EAD is just for worst case of laid off
 
Who knows what it is? I am waiting for those heart-broken RFE letter too.
It could be employment letter, pay stub. w2, tax return, birth certificate, marriage certificate, finger print, photo, incorrect typing in 485 form, etc.

Just wait the letter.

at least you know someone is looking at your case. for me, don't know even where's exactly is, iio says assigned to officer..but nothing happen as we speak..hope no rfe!!
