It seems like the transfer of September cases to Baltimore office is systematic. I am so sorry to know this!

Not sure what's happening about other regions. SO far, my case is not transferred to Newark office.

What about VA cases

Do you all think, cases that are filled after september from VA will
be transefered to loacl office as well.

what INS is trying to do, folks??

It seems like VSC itself is extremely frustrated with big load of JULY/AUGUST. They want to move on, but they can not. INS always does stupid things to make problems for itself. For example, with the concurrent filing of I140/I485, the August of 2003 is just unthinkable. The first approavl and last approval of this period may be 1 year away!!!
