Does VSC process according to RD or ND.

Also anup1 who got his approval has RD of 08/03 and has ND of 08/18.

My RD is 08/13 and has ND of 09/13.

It is my opinion(hope), that hopefully sometime next week VSC should start ND (sep 00) or RD ( second week of Aug 00)

Correct if I am wrong.

If you look at the processing times info at the top it reads as follows "Processing for Initial Receipt Date" and for I-485 it shows as 8/1/00.

Hence I conclude the SC\'s may be going by RD and not ND

Don\'t know about other centers but VSC does it by Lucky DIP every morning. that is why they approve 8/99 & 8/00 cases at the same time . All the dates between these have to wait for the luck draw next day .
